Spring Lifecrafting Apprenticeship
In this apprenticeship we will explore the foundations of herbal wildcrafting. We will take a journey into nature to learn about the amazing nutritional and medicinal aspects of the plants growing in and around our very own backyards! We will also journey into our own souls, hold space for ourselves and those on this journey with us. In my many years of doing apprenticeships I have witnessed hundreds of lives changed. It’s so much more than the nutrients and medicinal constituents of the plants. As you embark on this journey you will find the magic of the forest, the plants, and the connection with like minded souls will enrich your life forever.
Things we will do and learn:
Identify, learn about and harvest local plants.
Learn about the many ways plants can be used to assist and support our bodies in healing.
Plant essences
Make herbal, honeys, oxymels, tinctures, elixirs, oils, salves, salts, and so much more!
Journaling
Meditation
Manifesting
Releasing what no longer serves us

What would the day look like?
Circle up with tea - check in with each other - ground ourselves - do a short meditation - set intentions for the day
Gather our things and head out to our harvest location
Sit with the plants and journal for a brief period of time before we learn about their properties
Mindfully and sustainably harvest only what we need
Do a Mindfulness exercise
Process and make remedies with our plant material together
Saturday’s 10-5.
The cost of the apprenticeship is $450 for 8 weeks upfront or 2 payments of $240.
The apprenticeship will last 8 weeks, beginning the 3rd Saturday of April.
